How we work
Two practices, two principals. AI Enablement and Talent Strategy can be engaged independently, or run together when the platform and the team need to scale in lockstep. Most engagements start with a focused two-week assessment so we can show our work before you commit to anything bigger.
We deliver work product your team owns. Architecture decisions, hiring playbooks, operating-model designs, and roadmaps that survive after we leave.
We work with leaders directly. No layered teams of associates; the people you hire are the people doing the work.

Headquartered in Chicago, IL. We engage with clients across the United States and run most engagements as a mix of remote and on-site, with the principals based in Chicago and the SF Bay Area.
Domains we know deeply: AI strategy and production adoption, regulated capital markets and FinTech, e-commerce and supply-chain operations, and frontier-AI talent search.
Industries: capital markets, asset management, retail and e-commerce, healthcare research, federal research agencies, regulated digital assets, and high-growth technology.
